qcool was established in 2013, by Anna and a dedicated group of electronics professionals with international commerce backgrounds. The founders had a single goal in mind - to create a company that builds responsible smart technology for pet care that is easy to use and offers the highest level of safety possible. From its foundation, qcool established itself as a full time provider of smart pet equipment by combining the advanced technology and experience in electronics manufacturing with the experience in international commerce.

qcool has developed into a reliably trustworthy business over the past ten years for wholesale distributors as well as brand owners and training institutes. We have products sold in over 30 countries around the globe and we have over 100 long-term partners located in Europe, North America, the Middle East and Asia. Our company operates its own factory and we work closely with other companies to manufacture our products so that we can manufacture large quantities of our products and also provide custom private label projects.

The qcool product range is designed to address the three main issues that pet owners and pet professionals experience daily: the anxiety when a pet goes missing, lack of training effectiveness, and lack of a way to keep abreast of the pet’s health. The qcool product range includes location tracking modules, smart collars that include health monitoring and positioning, electronic training collars, LED safety harnesses, all designed to provide measurable improvements to the three main aspects of a pet’s safety, training and health oversight.
